Meet the Moms
“Enough Time” is the blog for busy Moms to learn and share techniques to tame even the craziest family schedule. It seems that there’s never enough time in the day for Moms to get everything done, but that’s simply not true! Invest a few minutes in yourself to reap the rewards of a more organized, less stressed, happier family life.

Shaina Olmanson is the home cook and photographer behind Food for My Family. She fell in love with the art of cooking while spending countless hours hanging on her Yugoslavian-born grandmother’s apron strings, watching her roast meats, simmer sauces and bake elegant treats. She made my first cake from scratch using her mom’s cookbook when she was 6 years old and she hasn’t stopped cooking since. Working from home as a freelance writer, editor and photographer and raising her four young kids with her husband Ole, Shaina strives to teach them the importance of growing, preparing and eating real food. A native Minnesotan, growing up surrounded by farms served as a daily reminder of the importance of local and seasonal food. Shaina can usually be found in one of three places: cooking, at the computer or behind the camera. More often than not, these three things occur in the kitchen simultaneously, only now it’s her apron strings that have kids hanging from them. |

Jennifer Regan is the blog author/editor of Eighty MPH Mom and The Speedy Gourmet. Her husband is a Police Captain, so needless to say things are pretty unpredictable around the homestead. He gets called in frequently to work, their phone rings in the middle of the night, and their plans can change with the drop of a hat. They have two children; a daughter who is 14 and just started high school, and her son who is 21 and he is home from state college and is now attending community college. She is also the mom of four fur-babies {kitties}. Three stay indoors and one is allowed to wander in the great outdoors. She loves animals, gardening and traveling. |

I keep the cereal in the cabinet next to the bowls – my children pour cereal and put the box back immediately – I love it! I keep the cutting boards standing against the backsplash, right in front of the knife drawer. I keep the coffee making supplies (cup to boil water in, filter, coffee, filter cone, mugs) next to the sink. These things help me a lot!
Food for thought , I respect a fine website like this one. Keep up the good work..
Hey there, You’ve performed an incredible job. I’ll definitely digg it and personally recommend to my friends. I am confident they’ll be benefited from this web site.
